EVENT OVERVIEW

The last few years have seen a positive shift towards creating more diverse workplaces. However, diversity must go beyond fulfilling quotas or numbers and be accompanied by inclusivity and equity.

Changing the culture of a workplace is no small task, and DE&I professionals frequently come up against a myriad of challenges in this endeavour.

The 7th annual Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit, produced in partnership with the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) brings together passionate professionals to share their initiatives and challenges in a rapidly evolving sector.

The Summit is an opportunity to hear from leaders in the DE&I space who are leading the charge in advocating for safe, inclusive and accessible workplaces that empower employees to thrive at work.

Creating a genuinely inclusive work environment
to boost talent development and retention

Attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce in a hyper-competitive talent landscape

Implementing the right DE&I programs and metrics to ensure long-term ROI during turbulent economic conditions
